Dominion Eye Care Chesapeake

I met our new optician… in the past when we transitioned to new doctors (dentist, primary care doctor, etc) it has been quite a change which resulted in chaotic turnover. Dr. Keaton’s “bedside manner” made me feel very comfortable to ask questions and our interaction left a very positive impression on me. Staff is as friendly as ever and there is an effort being put into place to convert patients records from paper based to a electronic records. There are still glitches from this transition but I feel the bugs will eventually be resolved. I also think using the latest equipment to take a photo of the eyes to get a deeper picture of the eyes is an excellent option.

I was very happy with all of the staff I had contact with. When it came time to look at frames the woman went above & beyond. She even offered to bring in some more frames in addition to what they had.

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I checked in. The wait time was reasonable, and the office was clean and well organized. The doctor took the time to listen to explained everything clearly. I really appreciated the level of care and attention I received. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Keaton and her staff are the best! They fit me in today for an emergency and gave me great treatment. I’ve been using Dominion for years and have never been unsatisfied with their service.

Dr. Keaton is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. She listens and provides/adjusts treatment based on what she sees and hears. She has top notch equipment. The staff is very kind and welcoming.

The staff members are very professional and go out of their way to answer my questions. Dr. Keaton has a wonderful bedside manner and is extremely easy to talk with. I really like the care I receive there.

I've been going to Dominion Eye Care since I moved to VA in 2001 and have always received great care here. Dr. Fusco was always super nice. He recently retired, and Dr. Keaton has taken over the practice. She is wonderful, and I really like the new testing equipment and procedures. I'm also very happy to see that the same ladies in the front office have all stayed at the practice. They are all so sweet and very helpful when picking out frames and adjusting them to fit properly. I often have a hard time seeing well with progressive bifocals, but they are always able to put a tilt on my frames so that I don't have any problems. I highly recommend Dominion Eye Care!

I didn't know what to expect when I first came there after searching online for an Optometrist. Dr Keaton asked all the important questions about my needs and concerns and she addressed all of my concerns. I'm really happy with the results and really looking forward to my new glasses.
